If you need to pay the cleric more than one clergy earning, such as Clergy – Taxable earnings plus a Housing Allowance, you can do so on the Payroll Entry screen.
Under the Other Compensation column, select 'REVHOUS-Clergy-Housing' and then enter the amount.
IRS NOTE: If the cleric does not use all of the housing allowance they were paid for the year, the unused amount must be included in the clergy’s total income for the tax year when the cleric files taxes.
