I'm trying to enter an employee's direct deposit information and I'm getting an error. What's the problem?

If the bank routing number you enter produces an error every time you try to enter it, the system does not have the most current information in our database for this bank. While we do update or database with bank information regularly, banks are constantly consolidating and changing information without notice.


We can resolve this for you easily. Please contact Customer Care, and we will update the bank information so it is available for you within 24 hours.
