The Secure Call-In ID is a unique, randomly generated 8-digit number used by our Customer Care department to quickly and safely identify a customer who has called for assistance.
The Secure Call-in ID is located in the Help Tab where it cannot be easily viewed by anyone passing by your computer. Simply click Help in the top right-hand corner. You'll see the Secure Call-in ID listed under the “Phone” icon.
