We are committed to safely securing private and confidential information. Therefore, we've introduced PIN Protection to protect the most sensitive areas of our site.


Why Have Additional Protection?

Government standards require us to show sensitive information on certain tax filing documents. In addition, we've also identified areas of our site where additional protection could help prevent any security violations. PIN Protection will allow us to make these secure areas of our site easily accessible and meet our security priorities.


How It Works

When you enter in your PIN our technology will authenticate the computer you are using. Once your computer is authenticated you will never need to enter your PIN again unless you delete cookies from your computer.


Multiple Computers

If you use multiple computers to run your payroll (ie, one computer at work, another at home) you will need to authenticate BOTH machines.


We realize additional security authentication may be an inconvienence to a number of our users, but it is our intention to offer our customers the most secure and simplest method to run their payroll.
