We take care of tax deposits and filings for you each time you run a payroll. When we file and pay your taxes for you depends on the tax agency (state versus federal for example) and the filing requirements.
Generally, state withholdings are paid monthly (as required by the state). Social Security and Medicare taxes are paid within a few days of the payroll from which they are collected. Unemployment taxes are paid quarterly.
You do not need an account with EFTPS to pay your Federal taxes. We do that on your behalf.
