Expedited Payroll - same day or 1 day debit

To see if expedited payroll (faster payment) is available:

1. Go to Payroll entry.
2. Click the Check Date tab to expand the calendar. Available dates are in black.
3. If today's date is available, you can select this for a same day payment.
4. If tomorrow's date is available, you can select this for a 1 day payment.
5. Click the "Save Dates" button.
6. In the "Expedited Payroll Date Selected" pop up, click "Accept Fee & Continue".
   • There is an additional fee for processing this faster payment

Note: If both dates are grayed out, faster payment isn't available for this payroll.

Expedited check dates will result in an additional fee, plus an additional fee for each employee. 

We can’t guarantee the time of day the funds will be made available in your employee’s account on the day selected due to different bank processing times.
