There are times when your payroll schedule may be wrong due to running a payroll that is not on your regular payroll schedule and you did NOT select Extra Payroll.
Whenever you have a payroll to process in the future that is not part of your regular schedule, you’ll want to select the "Run an extra payroll" tile from the Dashboard. Otherwise, running a regular payroll will take your next payroll check date from your schedule and your schedule and reminders going forward will be incorrect.
To rebuild your payroll schedule
- Click the question mark in the bottom right-hand corner of your payroll account to launch the Resource Center.
- Click Walkthroughs.
- Choose the walkthrough for “How do I edit my payroll schedule”? and proceed.
