Why is my payroll schedule wrong?

There are times when your payroll schedule may be wrong due to running a payroll that is not on your regular payroll schedule and you did NOT select Extra Payroll. 

Whenever you have a payroll to process in the future that is not part of your regular schedule, you’ll want to select the "Run an extra payroll" tile from the Dashboard.  Otherwise, running a regular payroll will take your next payroll check date from your schedule and your schedule and reminders going forward will be incorrect. 

To rebuild your payroll schedule

  1. Click the question mark in the bottom right-hand corner of your payroll account to launch the Resource Center. 
  2. Click Walkthroughs.
  3. Choose the walkthrough for “How do I edit my payroll schedule”? and proceed.
