- Click Company in the top navigation then select Payroll Schedule.
- Scroll down and click the Change Payroll Schedule button.
NOTE: You may be prompted to reset your payroll before proceeding. If you have entered payroll data, it will no be saved. - At the top of the screen you'll see a link that reads, "To remove and completely rebuild your schedule click here." Click the word "here".
- Click the Rebuild button.
- If you need to change your payroll frequency you can do so under the Payroll frequency heading.
- Complete the check date fields
- Select how you want your employees to be paid if the check date falls on a weekend of holiday.
- Click the Rebuild button.
You're all set and ready to run payroll on your new schedule.
